Returns Policy
Our returns policy covers the following options:
- Incorrect Orders (where the goods supplied do not match the customer's order)
- Transit Damage
- Wrong size ordered by customer
Returns Process
Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receipt and can be exchanged if it is covered under one or more of the options in our Returns policy (see above). Merchandise must still be in pristine condition and available for resale, otherwise return will not be accepted.
For all returns please contact us by email first and we will send detailed instructions on how to return any necessary items.
Incorrect Orders & Transit Damage
The cost of return courier will be refunded to the customer.
Wrong Size Ordered
The Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees (courier) associated with returning any goods.
PLEASE NOTE: When returning the good/s you must also include a self addressed courier bag.
There is a possibility that the item(s) you request may be sold out and no longer available by the time your order is processed. If this is the case you will be notified by e-mail and will be given the option of getting a different item. The customer is responsible for any difference in pricing.
